Scope of Work:

The Work includes, but is not limited to:
Exterior site improvements to Talbot Hill Elementary School generally consisting of site demolition, earthmoving, asphaltpaving and markings, concrete paving, curbs and walks, chain link fencing and gates, flagpole, exterior signage, and other miscellaneous site improvements as shown in the Contract
Documents. The project also includes installation of perforated pipe field underdrains, a collector line, a StormTech stormwater detention facility, and a flow control structure.
