Scope of Work Performed:

Sunset Beach area covers approximately 43 acres. Located along the park's central Lake Sammamish Shoreline, Sunset Beach is the alluvial floodplain of Issaquah Creek and Tibbetts Creek. The proposed work occured within a day-use area of the park that includes picnic tables and shelters, a swimming beach, boat launch, restrooms and trails. Park improvements proposed included demolition of an existing restroom and replacement with a new 7,667 SF bathhouse, 6,400 SF fire lane and boardwalk. The bathhouse will extend south to the existing parking lot where new disabled parking stalls will be striped.
