Scope of Work Performed:

Reconstruct three existing baseball fields at Marymoor Park. Specific improvements include removal of existing backstops, dugouts and asphalt paving, removal of existing grass turf sod and soil, placement and grading of removed soil, import of common borrow fill, furnish and install underground drainage and irrigation system, furnish and install various sand based materials for infield and outfield soils, seeding of field areas, furnish and install fencing, backstops, dugouts, miscellaneous site furnishings, construction of concrete seat walls and concrete pedestrian areas, furnish and install fencing, backstops, dugouts, miscellaneous site furnishings, construction of concrete seat walls and concrete pedestrian areas, restoration of asphalt paving, restoration and maintenance of seeded areas, and miscellaneous landscape planting improvements. The following types of subcontracting opportunities may be available: Survey/layout; fencing; paving; and backstops/dugouts.
