Scope of Work Performed:

Construction of a park in Seattle's largest site for urban gardening. A-1 constructed new trails, a parking lot, bike rack station, and a solar array which powers the irrigation system. A-1 planted a community orchard, and constructed a bioretention system which treats stormwater collected from the site before draining to the wetland adjacent to the park. The center piece of this project is the “common green”: An irrigated lawn built for park goers to enjoy.
