Scope of Work Performed:

• Develop two little league ball fields with a soccer field overlap
• An approx 5,000 SF classroom/multi-purpose building with a grass roof and structural concrete
• Extensive trail systems
• Play areas
• Basketball court
• Landscaping
• Wetland planting
• Parking Lot

Formally developed areas comprise approx 8-10 of the 49 total acres, with the remainder of the site being preserved largely in its current pastoral or wooden condition. Boardwalks on the piles were also installed
