Construction of an Entry Gatehouse, including gate structure, ticketing, gift shop, meeting room, restrooms, maintenance facilities, courtyard and storage structure. All site utilities, site improvements, installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, site security and site grading.
