Scope of Work Performed:

• Temporary erosion and sedimentation controls
• Site preparation, demolition, salvage, site protection inclduing freeway struction therein, construction and associated permits required for construction
• Grading and drainage
• Crush rock, concrete and asphalt paving, ramps, including under-drainage
• Gabion, pre-cast concrete retaining and broken concrete wall construction
• Cast in place concrete paving, seating, stairs, ADA ramp, and curb construction
• Chain link fencing, gates, metal gaurdrails and handrails
• Site furnishings including benches, bike racks, bollards, litter receptacles, lighting fixtures, poles and bases including electrical/phone hookup and connections
• Potable water and irrigation, including water hookup, mainline, lateral lines and heads, and Maxicom controller
• Tree protection, planting, hydroseeding, soil amendments and mulch.
• Crosswalk striping, ADA parking signage, standard park signage, and SDOT standard crosswalk signage
