Scope of Work Performed:

This project will install new pedestrian walkways and site furnishings near the community center at Green Lake Park. The work consists of, but is not limited to Installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, demolition and removal of the asphaltic concrete paving, installation of new compacted crushed rock paving and concrete paving, installation of concrete steps and footings for a future architectural feature, installation of site furnishings, modifications and additions to the existing automatic irrigation system, minor site grading work, turf grass installation and repair, and restoring site. The contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements and regulations.
