Scope of Work Performed:

• Install and maintain temporary erosion and sedimentation controls
• Establish tree protection
• Perform site demolition and vegetation removal
• Wall drainage (behind wall)
• Perform grading on site soils (Gas Works Park deposit)
• Fill importation (non- Gas Works Park deposit, as required for subgrade)
• Install geogrid mesh
• Construct Densmore ramp
• Install railroad path
• Construct asphalt path
• Install irrigation
• Import and install topsoil cover
• Demolish wall
• Plant trees
• Seed lawns
• Provide for general cleanup and grow-in period
• Alternate 1: Construct planting improvements of planting bed areas and ground bed areas and ground covers per drawings and plant list
• Additive 1: Increase topsoil depth from 12" minimum compacted to 15" minimum compacted depth for areas to receive topsoil cover system, an increase of 3" topsoil
