Scope of Work Performed:

This project included and eight acre expansion of the existing Crossroads Community Park. The site is located north of Northeast 8th Street and west of 164th Avenue Northeast, in the crossroads neighborhood of east Bellevue. Park improvements included in the contract were:

• Earthwork
• Site sewer
• Water
• Storm and franchise utilities
• 126 car asphalt parking lot
• Cast-in place concrete walls, curbs and walks
• Custom pre-cast concrete paving
• Play equipment and structures
• Irrigation system
• Site furnishings
• Landscape planting
• Site and parking lot lighting
• Restroom/picnic structure constructed of unit masonry, glu-laminated wood structure and metal roofing
