IRRIGATION INSTALLER

 

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced irrigation forman to join our team!

 

Key Job Duties:

  • Oversee install and inspect irrigation systems to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems. 
  • Ensure the required took and materials for project including necessary inventory.
  • Monitor irrigation systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years commercial landscape and construction experience.
  • Minimum 3 years commercial irrigation service, maintenance construction experience.
  • Ability to read plans and perform layout for irrigation and planting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify necessary system repairs 
  • Experience operating mini-excavators, skid-steers, trenchers and other construction equipment.
  • Common plant identification is a plus. 
  • Must possess a valid WA driver's license and clean driving record.

Shift:

7:30am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, overtime as required.

 

Compensation:

$27-40/hour DOE

 

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

 

Job Description

Construction contractor is looking for a proactive, multi-tasking Project Coordinator who wants to be part of a collaborative, multi-functional team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient project delivery and facilitate communication between project team members. This role will require the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed. This position is located in Maltby, WA. Office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

 

Key Job Duties:

  • Review project Plans and Specifications
  • Perform material take-offs
  • Prepare and coordinate project materials are delivered according to design specifications
  • Creating and maintaining various project related documents including submittals, Requests for Information, Change Orders, Drawing Revisions and subcontractor and supplier information.
  • Prepares contractual documents
  • Review contract documents and change orders for accuracy and provide appropriate back up
  • Maintain consistent project folder setup and up-to-date filing system
  • Coordinate job scheduling with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assists in developing weekly schedules with Project Manager
  • Look after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project
  • General office administration including but not limited to: printing, scanning, and filing
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or construction related field, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in office administration.
  • Superior organization and follow-through skills
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and exceptional at multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, Sure track, and Adobe

CDL DRIVERS

 

Job description

Our dump truck driver is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of over-the-road lowboy, dump trucks, and trailers for various applications including the hauling and dumping of aggregates and spoils for commercial excavation, earth moving, site preparation, road building, and utility projects. Truck drivers are also responsible for loading, securing, and moving heavy equipment between job sites.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Safely and efficiently drive and operate well maintained Dump truck and trailer.
  • Deliver products to jobsite.
  • Spread and stockpile per order.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
  • Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving.
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions.
  • Report defects, accidents, or violations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Valid CDL Class A license required.
  • 5+ years proven truck driving experience
  • Clean driving record with no moving violations.
  • Proficient using GPS and other routing systems.
  • Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide previous employment records.

LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

Job description

Landscape construction contractor is seeking Landscape Foreman/Superintendent to work on commercial construction projects.

Minimum 5 years commercial landscape construction experience.

Experience reading plans, performing layout and directing project sequencing.

Experience operating mini-excavators, skid-steers, trenchers and other construction equipment.

Experience with Irrigation and drainage installation and repair.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Install new mainline, laterals, valves, couplers and heads. Troubleshoot and repair system problems (fix leaks, repair damaged sprinkler heads, etc.) as well as Winterizing and Start-up.
  • Proven experience working with mainline and commercial irrigation.
  • Common Plant Identification and planting experience is required.
  • Knowledgeable of standard landscape construction practices.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees and lead by example.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Dependable, reliable, and ethical.

DIESEL MECHANIC

 

Job description

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Diesel Mechanic for a fast paced construction firm in the Snohomish, Washington area. Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining and repairing diesel trucks, heavy machines and fleet trucks. The ideal mechanic will have 5+ years’ experience working as a Diesel Mechanic and have completed training at a reputable technical college in diesel technology. Candidates will have previous experience performing in-depth diagnostics on engines and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
  2. Create repair orders and determine work plan procedures.
  3. Perform general and detailed repair of all engines and components.
  4. Overhaul gas and diesel engines.
  5. Inspect safety devices and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Operate repaired vehicle and equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
  7. Tag all warranty parts and returns.

Shift:

Days, 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Compensation:
